Dinner Ticket Form

We are pleased to announce that the evening dinner for DVD2026 will take place at Leonardo Hotel (Ex Jurys Inn) on Wednesday 16th September 2026. Final timetable will be announced prior to the event.

The dinner will provide the perfect opportunity for attendees within the Industry to forge new relationships and strengthen existing partnerships in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The seating plan will be finalised by the MOD, with appropriate hosts from DE&S and Army HQ being assigned to each table.

Provisional Timetable

19:15 hrs	Drinks reception in the foyer bar on the first floor
20:00 hrs	Dinner commences
22:00 hrs	Guest Speaker
01:00 hrs	Last orders at the bar

Dress code: Smart Business Attire

Please see below ticket options, please add the amount you require in each box (for example, if you add 2 into the table of 10 you will be purchasing 2 tables of 10, etc).

(No hosts will be on your table, this option is exclusive to your company). If you book a table of 10, all guests will be seated together. Any special requests, please see the comments box.
